The Ecology Institute will help teachers work and learn as scientists.

Ecology investigations will include:

• Surveying of Minnesota forests

• Investigating food webs and analyzing trophic levels in a grassland community

• conducting population density studies

• tracking succession in both terrestrial and aquatic habitats

Participating teachers receive a Jeffers Journal, a Teacher LooKit, and a MN Weatherguide Calendar.

*Classroom teachers are eligible for a class set of Jeffers Journals

*A registration fee of $40 will hold your spot. This fee will be refunded upon completion of the workshop. Cancellations after June 19 are not refundable.
