Lesson plans that meet state standards from multiple disciplines based on the content in the
Freshwater Minnesota Weatherguide Environment Calendar and Almanac
Contributing writers of the Calendar in the Classroom Lessons
Freshwater’s Minnesota Weatherguide Environment Calendar is a rich source of real-world content for Minnesota teachers. The information in this unique calendar offers an easy way to integrate observable, ongoing experiences with science, math, language arts, and art into engaging lessons for K-5 students and teachers.
While the content in the Weatherguide Calendar can be used for improvised lessons, teachers have told us that simple-to-use lesson plans that meet specific state standards are even more helpful! That’s why we created Calendar in the Classroom.
Created by Minnesota teachers and tested by Minnesota teachers.
